Driver Improvement Program (DIP)

The Driver Improvement Program (DIP) is a state-approved course for Maryland drivers who have been referred by the MVA or who want to sharpen their driving habits and reduce points on their record. This 6-hour course covers Maryland traffic laws, safe driving practices, and the real consequences of risky behavior on the road. The remaining balance is due before the sixth class. This gives families the flexibility to manage the full cost over a realistic period without delaying their student's progress.
