Founded by a Couple with a Mission
Freeway Driving School LLC was founded in 2021 by Samuel Torres and Sonia Patricia Aldas, a couple who identified the need for accessible, high-quality driver education in the Prince George's County community.
Coming from the Spanish-speaking community themselves, Samuel and Patricia understood the unique challenges faced by bilingual families when navigating Maryland's MVA requirements. They built Freeway Driving School to be the school they wished they had — with instruction in both English and Spanish, plus interpreter services and document translation support.
Today, Freeway Driving School is a proud, MVA-certified institution serving PG County and the surrounding Maryland communities. Our mission remains the same: help new drivers develop safe, responsible habits behind the wheel, while making the process as smooth and accessible as possible.
