Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://fwdrivingschool.com (the “Site”) and enrollment in courses offered by Freeway Driving School LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the school”). By using the Site or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Enrollment and Payment

  • Course enrollment is completed online via the Site, in person at our office, or by telephone.
  • Full payment or an initial deposit of $100 is required to reserve a spot.
  • At least 50% of the total course fee must be paid before the first class.
  • The remaining balance is due before the 6th class.
  • Payments are processed securely via Clover.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the school cancels the class.
  • Course fees paid beyond the deposit are refundable in accordance with Maryland MVA regulations and school policy. Contact the school for specific refund requests.

3. Behind-the-Wheel Lessons

  • Behind-the-wheel lessons must be scheduled in advance using the school’s booking system.
  • Students must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened or forfeited sessions.
  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice; late cancellations may be charged.

4. Student Conduct

  • Students must comply with all Maryland traffic laws during behind-the-wheel training.
  • The school reserves the right to dismiss students for unsafe behavior, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

5. MVA Certification

Freeway Driving School is certified by the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA). Course completion certificates are issued in accordance with MVA guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freeway Driving School LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or course participation is limited to the amount paid for the course.
  • The school is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during instruction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, course materials) is the property of Freeway Driving School LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or attendance in courses constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prince George’s County, Maryland.
